I work on the Social Media Team which is a part of the Marketing department. The team monitors Twitter and Facebook for our multiple product pages (Snagit, Camtasia Studio & Jing) and our corporate presence. We not only answer questions, but also reach out to customers to get their use cases, collect feedback, and gather product suggestions. I am also heading up our company blog where I write posts, coordinate our authors, and set the internal blogging guidelines.
