I am working on the PI (Provider Index) for the MDCH Data Hub Program. As the Project Manager for this project I manage the scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual PI development project tasks. I am working with to Agencies at the State of Michigan as well as an outside vendor. I also am responsible to provide status updates to the management and team, and remove potential road blocks so the project can be a success.
