I work as a User Experience Librarian at MCLS (Midwest Collaborative for Library Services), a non-profit in south Lansing that supports Michigan and Indiana libraries. In general, I strive to provide a delightful user experience for MCLS members.
I'm the project manager, user experience researcher and information architect for the new MCLS website to be released in the summer. In addition, I write surveys to better understand business needs, publish the monthly newsletter, speak at conferences, and teach classes for MCLS.
