I work with Michigan organizations to help solve business problems through the use of enabled technologies. In our current economic climate, businesses are trying to become more competitive, differentiate, and increase customer recruitment and retention. We are partnered with over forty different technology vendors that provide solutions ranging from customer service applications to patient notification systems. These partnerships allow us to deliver solutions and applications that really do HELP businesses. I enjoy my position because the technology/solutions are always changing, so Iím constantly learning. I also get to spend a lot of time socializing and getting to know other Detroit area professionals. I never have two days that are exactly the same and get to spend most of my time helping customers address their business communication challenges. Unlike most other jobs, it never gets monotonous AND I am in complete control of my income.
