As a policy intern, I assist the firm’s principal on a wide range of projects and tasks involved in the policy-making process for a number of nonprofit organizations. My duties include: researching policy issues and organizing information from multiple sources; drafting content for print and electronic sources, such as to secure a grant to complete a community project; and providing public policy support for a number of nonprofit, placemaking initiatives.
