As the chief operating officer, I'm responsible for managing the business operations of the Community Foundation. We manage a collection of endowment funds currently totaling more than $80 million. We give out more than $3 million in grants annually for humanities, education, environment, health care, human services and public benefit, generally in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties.
