Working at a startup means a person must wear many hats, and while at CourseWeaver, this has been more than true. My main responsibilities as an ed tech specialist/consultant have been gathering data and feedback from current users of the LON-CAPA platform, putting together detailed feedback reports, making recommendations for the development of both the LON-CAPA and CourseWeaver platforms based on my research, and providing an educational perspective on decisions the company makes.
