I lead the strategic direction of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand, which includes the corporate and individual franchise websites, external affairs, social media and traditional communication, lead generation and franchise development. I manage a dynamic team of six marketing and communications professionals.

I’m responsible for supporting franchises with customer  service issues by mediating resolutions and analyzing issues to determine their validity.

I'm responsible for the maintenance, deployment, management, care and feeding of desktop / laptop systems for the Home Office at the Two Men and a Truck headquarters. I’m also responsible for the security of the desktop systems in the form of AV deployment / management and working with the systems administrator to make sure everything inside the LAN runs smoothly.

I was promoted to human resources director. I develop, execute and monitor HR strategies, including recruiting, performance management and change management for the corporate headquarters and franchise system.

I am the new human resources support specialist. I am responsible for providing support in human resources, including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, regulatory reporting requirements and benefits administration. I previously worked as a human resources specialist with Domino's Pizza, LLC., in Henderson, Nevada.

I act as the liaison between customers and franchises throughout the system to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. For the last two years, I was a store manager at MC Sports of Jackson, Mich. I have a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communication from Western Michigan University.

I was promoted to controller in the finance department. I manage the accounting functions of the company, including the accurate and timely production and dissemination of financial management reports.

I am the new Internet marketing specialist. I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Michigan. I previously was a marketing assistant at a franchise sales portal. As the new Internet marketing specialist, I will focus on online advertising for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a whole and for individual franchises.

I am coordinating Transportation for Michigan, a new statewide coalition that seeks to make Michigan communities more livable and our economy more robust through transportation policy reform. In this economy, communities that have safe, affordable, attractive options for getting around are the same communities that attract a talented workforce. I am excited about this opportunity to help communities across the state become more walkable and transit-friendly.

I am an Application Developer. I help develop and maintain Web and client server applications. Previously, I was a contracted consultant for Foremost Insurance. I have a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems/programming from Davenport University.

I am the new SharePoint Administrator. I am responsible for managing the marketing technology processes along with content management and basic Web administration for the corporate Internet, extranet and intranet sites. I was previously the information technology administrator for Active Aero Group.

I am the new marketing and communications assistant. A junior at Michigan State University, I am studying journalism with a specialization in public relations. I have previously worked for The Red Cedar Log, Michigan State’s yearbook, and Hubbell Connections, a student-run public relations firm on campus. In my new position, I will update the company blog, distribute press releases, update website content and track media hits nationwide.

I am responsible for serving as the main liaison between the company’s franchise locations and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Home Office. I provide assistance in all areas of operations including marketing, financial, employee recruitment and retention, and compliance and continuous growth. Previously, I worked as director of sales operations for Hyundai of Lansing.

I am a Financial Analyst. I am responsible planning, developing and maintaining reports and other key performance metrics, as well as for creating models involving cost studies and assisting with the development of analysis tools. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting from Grand Valley State University.

MITA is a statewide heavy construction trade association consisting of nearly 600 Michigan companies representing construction disciplines such as road and bridge, sewer and water, utility, railroad, excavation and specialty construction.  As the outreach coordinator, I have the pleasure of working directly with MITA's legislative staff and am tasked with the responsibilities of helping MITA members become more engaged in the legislative process by meeting with their elected officials and corresponding with their elected officials on a consistent basis.  For some MITA members this may be their first interaction with their elected officials and it's important that it goes well, so the dialogue between them can continue in a positive direction.  Legislators encounter hundreds and thousands of people each year, so it’s important that MITA members are adequately prepare for meeting and discussing their issues with their legislator.  I have found that they are the best advocates for themselves and their industry.
