
The Vice President of Food and Beverage shall be responsible for the general administration, management, coordination and supervision of the day-to-day activities and long-term planning for the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Executive Chef , Catering Sales Coordinator, Banquet Manager, and the Bar/Concessions Manager. A strong emphasis will be placed on food quality, preparation, presentation, appearance and staff presentation and appearance.
The Vice President of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overall planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring of event food and beverage operations to insure the quality of the overall appearance and integrity of the food and beverage provided to the Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority and the Common Ground Festival guests. In addition, the Vice President of Food and Beverage shall be responsible for development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation and quality of service within the Food and Beverage Department.
