As the Customer Content Coordinator, I find and share success stories from TechSmith customers using technology to solve problems. Whether it's a teacher flipping their classroom to better serve their students, or a major corporation using screen-based videos to train new employees, I highlight customers finding new solutions to their problems by using TechSmith solutions.

As a Web Production Analyst, it is my task to help publish the content at TechSmith to the websites and ensure that all of the necessary parts are there. Whenever we update a product there are quite a few elements of the web page that must be changed in order to make sure that customers are receiving the most up to date versions of the program. In addition to the actual release tasks, often times, the WPA will do some testing along with the Quality Assurance team to test for bugs within the websites.

At NACUFS I am responsible for coordinating social media, writing and editing our weekly newsletter and semiannual magazine, designing and editing various publications and other print materials and maintaining the website (nacufs.org).

The Vice President of Food and Beverage shall be responsible for the general administration, management, coordination and supervision of the day-to-day activities and long-term planning for the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Executive Chef , Catering Sales Coordinator, Banquet Manager, and the Bar/Concessions Manager.   A strong emphasis will be placed on food quality, preparation, presentation, appearance and staff presentation and appearance. 
The Vice President of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overall planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring of event food and beverage  operations to insure the quality  of the overall appearance and integrity of the food and beverage  provided to  the Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority  and the Common Ground Festival guests. In addition, the Vice President of Food and Beverage shall be responsible for development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation and quality of service within the Food and Beverage Department.

I use teaching software to teach teaching software to the masses.  It is kind of like learning inception.

Design, develop, and test existing and new Web applications and services.

TechSmith software is sold to a variety of customers as well as a variety of channels, including resellers and distributors worldwide.  The Global Channel Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Channel Sales Team, focusing on distributors and reseller partners globally. This position works closely with the Sales Management team and other colleagues across TechSmith to develop and implement the strategic, marketing and tactical plans for channel sales.

As a customer service specialist I handle account status inquiries and order questions from our customers as well as processing new orders.  I work closely with our customers to make sure they have a positive experience in purchasing and installing TechSmith software products and trouble shoot and solve customer and vendor problems.

As Assistant Director of Communications for Residence Education and Housing Services (REHS) at Michigan State University, I assist with the development and implementation of internal and external communications strategies for a department that is committed to helping students learn, grow and persist toward graduation from Michigan State University. I work with a dynamic team that focuses on a variety of areas that impact the overall on-campus living experience of MSU students.  As a new department created through the merger of the departments formerly known as Campus Living Services and Residence Life, REHS focuses on residence education in the residence halls, housing operations, housing assignments, facilities and conference operations in the summer. In my role, I handle everything from media relations and event planning to social media and communications training. What I enjoy most about my job is playing a part in creating a safe and secure environment that promotes the academic success of MSU students.

As Communications Coordinator, my main focus is our new media channels including Facebook, Twitter, email, and website. During the busy campaign season, I try to make sure that our communication is a two-way street between our organization and the people we represent. I also help conduct communications trainings to help workers better express themselves and their opinions, as well as organize press events, and basically anything else that comes across my desk!

I assist in day-to-day operations at the NEO center in an fun, uplifting manner.  I greet incoming tenants and guests, screen and route incoming calls and messages, and manage daily supplies and materials.  I also create any needed data in the form of letters, memorandums, proposals, or reports, as well as facilitate in the sending and receiving of emails that pertain to the NEO center.  However, my most important job by far is to ensure  a fun atmosphere at the NEO center by encouraging daily slide rides, nurf gun wars, and general hoopel head behavior.

I am excited to be a part of the creative, highly collaborative communications team at Michigan State University's College of
Education. In its efforts to improve teaching and learning across the nation and world, the college has developed a reputation for excellence and visionary thinking. As communications specialist, my primary responsibilities include: creating content for the college's website, increasing engagement through social media channels, writing news releases and offering support to the communications manager. I am also working to launch an eNewsletter, and will contribute to the COE's bi-annual magazine, The New Educator.

As the new graphic/web designer, I'm responsible for whipping up effective, visually appealing marketing goodies in-house, as well as producing and managing web content. I am the resident creative and a go-to for all things graphic design. I get to relish in creating all day long, and get paid for it.

Basically, I do a little bit of everything here at TechSmith to help out our shipping, logistics, accounting and human resource departments.
