Janitorial Agency is looking for someone who is looking for work experience pertaining to the following duties: controller ship duties, treasury duties, economic strategy and forecasting duties. Applicants may also be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, payments received by cash and wire transfer. Will gain experience in analyzing and forecasting company's monetary standings, learn extensive budgeting skills, perform post payment and adjustments to customer accounts, collections follow up, prepare weekly cash balance reports, analyze monthly accounts, verify accuracy of invoices with purchase orders. As well as matching, batching and coding invoices, dealing with direct deposit, processing weekly wire transfers, analyzing monthly accounts payable aging reports. Must be well-trained in the latest laws and regulations, and can keep all financials in order
