• Assists in the duties of the Receptionist; answering the phone, greeting customers, filing and other tasks.
• May act as a back up to various tasks performed by others.
• May perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully within the Bank and in representing the Bank to customers, shareholders and directors.
• Ability to coordinate a wide variety of tasks.
• Experienced administrative skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of various types of office equipment.

Multi Packaging Solutions, a growing leader in the printing/packaging industry, has an opening for an Accounting Intern in our John Henry facility in Lansing, Michigan.

This position will be responsible for assisting in basic accounting functions including: general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliation, gross margin reporting, management reporting as needed, and balancing of intercompany accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be pursuing a 4 year degree in Accounting or related field. Must have knowledge of basic accounting functions. excellent computer skills, 10 key experience, and ability to work independently.

Selection guidelines include:

• Majoring in agriculture or have an agricultural background and are majoring in finance or accounting
• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree with a minimum completion of junior year of coursework
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
