Intern Responsibilities / Projects: Interpret well logs completed by drillers and entering data into departmental database Assist with sampling wells near contamination sites Observe and assist with well-drilling demonstrations Assist with source water protection efforts and public water system surveillance activities

The intern will work closely with the Program Manager and Lead Naturalist on the development and implementation of educational programming. Duties will include helping to plan and run preschool programs, summer camp, and environmental education programs for the public. This is an unpaid internship, however, working with your university to establish the possibility for college credit is an option. Applicants must have a strong interest in science, good communication skills and the ability to work with people of all ages.
