Key responsibilities:
- produce a variety of marketing materials, both digital and print, from concept to delivery

Required qualifications and skills:
- high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software
- ability to design for both print and digital applications
- ability to think critically about client projects and to produce creative, thoughtful solutions

Extra credit includes:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- two years or more prior experience in the field
- familiarity with the Macintosh environment and comfort with upkeep and maintenance of a Mac environment
- competency in front-end web coding—proficient with HTML, CSS, JS; comfortable using an FTP client; bonus for being familiar with PHP
- previous experience in an agency environment

The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills, be flexible, and willing to pitch in.

CiesaDesign is looking for a versatile and creative designer who has demonstrated front-end web development experience.  The successful candidate will have experience converting a .psd into HTML/CSS. HTML5 and CSS3 experience is a plus, along with an interest in working with responsive web design. THe is position is geared toward a technical individual with a strong foundation in graphic design. THe designer will work as part of a team that produces branding, identity, web and mobile designs, advertisements, and a variety of print materials. He or she will employ creativity, passion, and design skill to solve problems for our clients

The designer will work as part of a team that produces branding, identity, web and mobile designs, advertisements, and a variety of print materials. He or she will employ creativity, passion and design skill to solve problems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Layout and production of print materials
• Design of websites and mobile applications
• Client interaction during the creative process
• Working with print vendors to ensure quality output
• Handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Switching priorities, and focus, as dictated by client and team needs
• Creative problem-solving during every phase of client engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• 3–7 years of paid, professional experience as a designer
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design experience
• Proficiency with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Photography skills
• HTML/CSS skills
• Typography experience
