The role of a Human Resources Generalist is to manage the day-to-day services provided by the Human Resources Department.  The main mission of the role is to: coach supervisors regarding discipline, training and work standards; manage payroll and benefits administration; ensure positive employee relations; ensure legal and company wide compliance; oversee headcount and month-end reporting; coordinates and assists management in all staffing and recruiting activities via state agencies, search firms, university relations and advertising and more.
