Digital Marketing Specialist

The primary role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to utilize electronic communication platforms to implement marketing campaigns that align with corporate strategies and vision. This position assists the marketing team with technology awareness, evaluation and adoption by creating processes that support marketing functions in digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring external communications and brand awareness through ongoing analysis of the company digital presence. The Digital Marketing Specialist works under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Sales and Communications in coordination with the other marketing team members.

Responsibilities
•Assist the Director of Marketing, Sales and Communications with developing electronic marketing tactics that support the annual marketing plan strategies
•Act as the MVU liaison to the marketing automation partner (e.g., Click Dimensions) in implementing and monitoring electronic campaigns
•Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and provide dashboards by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data from all digital platforms (web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation analytics)
•Coordinate all outbound electronic communication efforts such as e-newsletters, targeted e-mail blasts, publicity releases, etc.
•Assist in the development, implementation and response monitoring of all CRM targeted electronic communication efforts
•Provide technology support for the electronic components of all marketing research efforts, such as surveys, focus groups and analytical reports
•Maintain accurate data base information for electronic marketing distribution lists
•Assist in the development of all communication strategies and tactics, including advertising and public relations activities for the company
•Create content for digital marketing campaigns
•Co-monitor the implementation of the digital marketing strategy and report against key performance indicators
•Create and manage a digital archive of media assets
