To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of instruction and operation, the High School Diploma Completion Initiative (HSDCI) Lead Support position manages daily office operations including: resource management, internal/external communications, provides support for grant activities, develops and maintains required reports, and develops systems and processes. The Lead Support position monitors attendance of HSDCI students and other activities to support the HSDCI Case Manager; oversees usage of departmental equipment and supplies; develops and monitors the monthly budget report; maintains routine correspondence and other activities in support of HSDCI faculty, staff, students, the department office and the College; and oversees planning of HSDCI special events.
