To provide ongoing support for corporate communications functions, including design and maintenance of websites, blogs, flash ads, Search Engine Optimization and video.

•Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate websites.
•Assisting in Search Engine Optimization
•Archiving completed files
•Producing training videos and flash ads
•Assisting with other projects as assigned

This individual should have excellent knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop CS5, Website development experience in HTML (5), CSS, ASP and JavaScript, Database management (MS Access 2007) and database driven website experience, PDF creation/modification.

Additional experience preferred: SEO Experience, InDesign, Illustrator and/or Premier, Multiple language web experience, building/editing Flash advertisements/animations and their integration into HTML and/or ASP files, WordPress management experience.

Education and/or Experience: 2 year diploma from a community college plus experience; or Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in graphic design or related field from four-year college or university preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to travel on a limited basis.

Provides customer and internal technical support for Neogen Corporation's Microbiology related product lines. Provides customer and internal technical support for Neogen Corporation's Microbiology related product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

•Performs routine immunochemical and biological assays according work instruction and/or product insert directions.
•Generates and analyzes data from a variety of laboratory techniques and analytic instrumentation.
•Performs validation studies to replicate results and to verify results with industry or scientific literature standards.
•Tabulates and graphs data, and prepares technical reports for senior personnel.
•Maintains laboratory notebooks, archives, and sample or specimen repository.
•Records test results and writes reports describing procedures used
•Prepare Reagents (Media, buffers)
•Participate in internal alpha site evaluations of products from R&D.
•Participate in kit validations for AOAC or similar agencies.
•Participate in kit validations for additional commodities.
•Problem solving and trouble shooting for diagnostic kits and components.
•Assists in sales, customer and new hire training.
•Provide phone or on-site technical support regarding kit components and performance.
•Willingness to travel for customer training, support and/or trouble shooting.
•Assists with the development and maintenance of TS-Microbiology standard operating procedures and work instructions.
•Adheres to industry and government standards regarding safe handling of materials.
•Calibrates analytical instrumentation according to SOP’s and work Instructions
•Perform tasks essential to maintaining ISO certification.
•Cleans and sterilizes laboratory equipment.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or related field.
