The International Business Analyst creates innovative sales tools and analyzes the Michigan Economic Development Corporation's (MEDC) Export sales and operations activities in order to enhance the performance of the export sales organization by providing information and analysis that will help direct sales leadership toward effective strategy development and execution.  THe candidate will do this by performing ongoing analyses of export assistance data to evaluate quality, accuracy and completeness of data, ensuring compliance of data standards and determining utilization patterns.  They will also develop plans and execute changes that guarantee continuous data quality.

Position Description… Works under supervision in order to accomplish the following job duties: · Responsible for system analysis, system design and system documentation for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom developed applications. · Able to perform system configuration. · Responsible for application support for multiple applications. · Facilitation of client meetings. · Prepares and delivers professional, timely, well organized and informative presentations including training, demos, and process recommendations. Position Requirements... Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or systems development Strong written, oral and listening skills. Knowledge in at least one of the following: OnBase, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft ASP.Net and associated Microsoft based web development. Have excellent analytical skills in understanding complex data relationships. Possess understanding in the areas of application development, system design and methodologies like UML and RUP.
