I couldn't decide which would be a better start to the Halloween weekend:
Schuler Books’ 3rd Annual Zombie Night or the Haunted House DJ extravaganza at Mac's bar. So you know what I did? I picked both!
The Zombie Night kicks of at 7 p.m. with plenty to do for the whole family. You can start the evening at Schuler Books' Eastwood Towne Centre location, where there'll be games like Zombie Twister and Zombie Bowling! This year, Schuler will also have authors on hand with a ghost-story space featuring a pair of Michigan authors; as well as a kids’ story-time with Kelly Dipucchio, author of the picture book
Zombie In Love!
Oh, and let's not forget the unveiling of the Zombie Pin-up Photos taken by the talented
Jena McShane.
There will also be a food drive to benefit the Greater Lansing Food Bank so bring at least one canned or boxed food item and receive a Zombie goodie bag!
After your Zombie-leivable time at Schuler, you can then drive down to 2700 E. Michigan Ave. for a night of music provided by some of the areas best DJs, including but not limited to: DJ Rachael P, John Beltran and DJ Ruckus. You don't want to miss
Haunted House.
