Frank and Peggy Delacruz recently moved their Mexican restaurant, Famous Taco, from Lansing Township to the City of Lansing’s Westside.
Famous Taco, located at 1909 W. Saginaw St., is family owned and operated and 
offers authentic Mexican food.
“We’re very glad to see that Famous Taco is there,” says Jessica Yorko with the NorthWest Initiative. “That building was only empty for a month.”
Before Famous Taco opened on Saginaw, another Mexican restaurant occupied the space. Yorko says Famous Taco’s neighbor, J & J Appliance, was instrumental in getting Famous Taco to move to the Saginaw location.
The Delacruzes say their new location gets a lot of traffic from Sexton High School kids.
