The $15 million mixed-use Stadium District project on Michigan Avenue in Downtown Lansing just got sweeter — literally.
The Great Lakes Chocolate Company has agreed to open its fourth store in 2,000 
square feet of the building’s remaining commercial space. The Great Lakes Chocolate Company will sit on the eastside of the building, giving customers access to a drive through window.
The four-story Stadium District development is scheduled to open at the end of April. By the end of the month, several residential units will be open and several commercial tenants, including the Lansing Chamber of Commerce and Coldwell Banker Hubbell BriarWood, will be moved in.
“We’re very excited to show it off,” says Stadium District Developer Pat Gillespie.
Gillespie expects at least two bars or restaurants to open in the remaining available commercial space.
