After
filling their Oakwood Executive Park this spring, Dart Development Group will now expand further with Phase II of the park, adding 40,000 total square feet of commercial space. Site preparation is now underway. The Delhi Township development will offer suites of 10,000 square feet and higher with both warehouse and office amenities.
“We realized close to a year ago that not only was the market calling for it, but Oakwood Executive Park was in need for larger flex space,” says Marsha Zimmerman, Marketing Manager of
Dart Development.
Dart is working with one serious prospective tenant who could occupy nearly 50 percent of the building. According to Zimmerman, the new development could be a good fit for any business in need of an office and warehouse facility.
“Oakwood Executive Park tends to attract a wide variety of businesses because of its direct proximity to MSU and the expressway,” says Zimmerman. “Prospective tenants include high tech research, manufacturing, distribution, and unique businesses like personal training and gymnastics.”
Construction on the projected is expected to be completed in early 2012.
